Dive into history with our Grade 2 Living Wax Museum!

Our young learners brought the past to life as they transformed into iconic figures, sharing stories of innovation, leadership, and creativity. From inventors to trailblazers, each student embodied their character with confidence and ...enthusiasm.

We saw incredible portrayals of Thomas Edison, Abraham Lincoln, Marie Curie, and Coco Chanel—just to name a few!

This interactive experience not only deepened their understanding of history but also built their public speaking skills and creativity.

Our students participated in the Annual IBS Build-A-Bridge Competition, which challenges students to use their creative, innovative, and critical thinking skills to design and construct model bridges. Our school earned 4th place in the Aesthetic Competition and 5th in Efficiency. The 100 stick ...popsicle bridge made with 100 popsicle sticks and Elmer's glue held 86.5 pounds and had an efficiency of 286.48.

Earth Week Outdoor Learning
Our students took their learning beyond the classroom and into the natural world during their Earth Week outdoor lesson, where they were surrounded by fresh air and greenery, creating the perfect environment for meaningful engagement and reflection.

Earth Week, Beach Clean-Up at Yamacraw Beach

Our students took action for the environment with a meaningful beach clean-up at Yamacraw Beach. Armed with gloves, bags, and a strong sense of responsibility, they worked together to help protect and preserve our beautiful coastline.

...It was a powerful hands-on experience that reminded everyone of the importance of caring for our oceans and keeping our beaches clean for both wildlife and future generations.

In recognition of Financial Literacy Month this April, our students had the valuable opportunity to attend the Financial Literacy Seminar hosted by the Central Bank of The Bahamas under the theme “Finance Forward: Smart Money Moves Start Now.” Experiences like these empower our students to ...think critically about their financial futures and take confident steps toward success.
