Our students rose to the challenge in an incredible display of resilience, teamwork, and determination during their recent GGYA assessment!
Over two assessment days, they walked more than 25 miles along a preplanned route, using only a map and compass to navigate from their campsites to their daily endpoints. Each evening, they set up camp, built their own campfires, and prepared their meals—demonstrating true independence and survival skills.
Along the way, they faced and overcame a range of challenges, pushing themselves beyond their comfort zones. The level of personal growth and teamwork displayed was truly inspiring and a powerful reminder of what can be achieved through perseverance and collaboration.
